Trial replication & extension

The trial is one trajectory through a vast space

You picked one dose, one schedule, one inclusion criterion, one comparator. The variants you did not run are usually where the next paper — or the next indication — lives.

We replicate your published trial against the body model. When the in-silico run recovers your primary endpoint within the published confidence interval, the extension sweeps are essentially free: different schedules, different sub-populations, different combinations, different formulations.

Trials replicated to date

  • DeLLphi-301 (Rudin et al., tarlatamab in SCLC) — cytokine-release-syndrome dose envelope
  • Lemaire 2004 + extensions (bone remodelling) — 24-month BMD trajectories
  • Camporesi 2024 (paediatric long COVID, 3-year cohort) — phenotype recovery
  • Vaccine-myocarditis cohorts — comparison against infection-myocarditis
  • EBV–malaria interaction (Moormann 2005 / 2007) — eBL cancer-hazard inference

How we work with you

Co-authorship on the resulting publication where the contribution merits it. Confidentiality on protocol details. We replicate first; we ask for the extension sweep brief only after the anchor passes.

We’ll send back a schedule.

A trial protocol, a candidate molecule, a withdrawn product with a question attached. If it touches the wired body — and most things do — we can tell you what the counterfactual sweep returns.
